1. Acceptable Reasons for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Wrong Product Delivered: You received a different model than what was ordered
Manufacturing Defect: Device fails to function as described on first use
Incomplete Order: Missing accessories or components as listed in the box contents

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

The following situations are NOT eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, modified, or tampered with
Damage caused by improper use, voltage fluctuations, or accidents
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
Change of mind after delivery
Products without original packaging, accessories, and documentation

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the item

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Warranty Claims

Manufacturing defects within the warranty period are handled directly through the manufacturer's warranty process. We assist you with the paperwork and coordination at no additional cost. Please retain the warranty card included with your product.
